Fred LubEr is very different from Shelly LubAr.
SuperSteel's first plant location was on 28th/Capitol, right across from A O Smith, and was selected before you were old enough to have zits. So happened the land was cheap. It was not 'political' to put the plant there--it was practical.
You brag about 'knowing Milwaukee.' Maybe you do; but knowing VOWELS is also important.
