Here's the clip of Obama promising to sign the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) "first thing" on assuming office.
That Act will remove any parental-notification requirements, make partial-birth abortion (that is, butchery) legal again, and put all of the costs onto the US taxpayer.
This is "America Coming Together," eh?
