It's in the chapel. I suspect they mean 8 ranks. The other giveaway is that the "new, acoustically live sanctuary" is prepared for a pipe organ. That's encouraging. But, unless that sanctuary is the size of Shea Stadium, it's unlikeky that they (or anyone else, for that matter!) need 8 manuals. Hell, I've played in Westminster Abbey. They only have a paltry FIVE.
