The Acid Test for Public Employees

Dan Vrakas raised a little dust.

Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas has thrown his support behind state legislation that would allow local governments to impose new health care coverage on unionized employees without union approval.

...Authored by Rep. Leah Vukmir (R-Wauwatosa), the bill is pending before the Assembly Labor and Industry Committee, which held a public hearing on the proposal Wednesday.

The bill is going nowhere, given Democrat control of the Senate.

But let's pretend that it is made law.

How many of those public employees will quit their jobs and find another one?
