Hoft/Gateway Goes Bonkers

Jim Hoft at Gateway is over the edge on proposed election legislation.

We do not admire Lobbyist-Farmer/Manager Vos at all and we think he should step down.

But Hoft's assertions about the proposal do not make sense.  Hoft claims that a judge declared drop-boxes illegal (true) but also claims that a NEW law making a few of them licit is somehow against the law.   He further imagines a conspiracy based on Vos' circulating the proposal to the Senate.  That's not exactly 'conspiracy.'  It's typical legislating procedure.

Huh?

The proposal is perfectly sound--assuming you agree that absentee and/or early voting is just peachy-keen.  I do not, but that ship sailed.

Maybe Jim should catch up on his sleep without the little boy he "married."

Patriot Front "Data Leak"? Not So Fast

A very savvy IT babe puts the "data leak" theory to rest.

...In this video where they accidentally leave the camera running, several members of the Front remove their masks and out themselves, leading them to being tracked down by the Twitter mob and losing their jobs, homes, bank accounts, pet wombats, and so on.

Not.

Because they very carefully keep their masks in place while they swear allegiance to Hydra and then pretend to fumble with their glasses. They supposedly believe the camera is off but strangely you never get a good look at any of them.

It's not so much that they're feds, as that they are incompetent feds. They trust in the fact that the mainstream media is even more incompetent and corrupt than they are, and for the most part, they're right....
If at first you don't succeed, hire the liar-Commie who ran CIA under Obama.  He's a little better at false-flag ops.

Much Bigger Money for Truckers

Yes, this will have an impact on prices.

...KLLM Transport Services is boosting pay up to 33% for its over-the-road truckers and for trainees coming out of its academy, while regional company drivers and independent contractors will see a hike of 10 to 16% starting next month....

The other big players, such as Schneider, Knight, Hunt, and Werner, will eventually follow suit.  They have no choice; good CDL drivers are increasingly rare, especially for the long-run routes.

KLLM will be paying $100K/year ++ for its long-run drivers going forward, even if they're 'fresh graduates' from its training school.

Not bad.

Chickens**t Republicans? Not Ron Johnson

American Conservative writer Carmel Richardson reminds us that there are several shovelfuls of Chickens**t Republicans holding office.

...the Republican party’s problem is not its failure to walk in lockstep on Covid policy, it’s that its step is always a good 30 yards behind, trying to catch up. Take the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for example. It took most level-headed people about a month after March 2020 to notice CDC guidance was more often grounded in politics than actual science: masks don’t work, now they do, now you’re a criminal if you pull yours below your nostrils....

Granted, Trump was bamboozled by Fork-Tongue Fauci, too; and Trump was the BMOC.

Still....even after the Election Fraud of '20.....

...By the time The American Conservative reported on Israel’s natural immunity discovery back in September 2021, which showed previous infection was better protection against the virus than getting the vaccine, it wasn’t abnormal for those looking for serious studies to look beyond the CDC. Still, it took most Republicans in Congress until this week to allow themselves to say natural immunity provides better protection than vaccines—but only because the CDC has said so....

And then there's this:

...After a handful of Republicans, including Sen. Tom Cotton, floated the “fringe theory” that we should investigate whether the virus could be a bioweapon from China, Cotton quickly walked it back in the face of media criticism. The theory remained anathema for all good Republican congressmen until 15 months later, when Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted there may have been some credence to the idea. Speak truth to power (except when they call you names)....

Happily, Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin has never been on the Pfizer/Fauci Choo-Choo.  He figured out, early on, that the Pfizer/Fauci Fraud Machine was hoodwinking the President AND the American public and started asking embarrassing questions, along with Rand Paul.

They will never forgive Ron for pointing out the king's utter lack of clothing, either.

As to the rest of that bunch?  "Performative Politics" comes to mind, SENATOR CRUZ.

CDC Gaming "Vaxx" Definition. Again.

The first time CDC gamed the definition of "vaccination" was when they changed the definition of "vaccine".

Now they're changing the rules of the game again.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Rochelle Walensky said Friday that Americans will need to get a booster shot of COVID-19 vaccine to be considered “up-to-date” on vaccination....

Why?

Because that way, they can continue lying about a 'pandemic of the un-vaccinated.'

Prevents questions about all those people who died or were hospitalized a week or two after getting the Pfizer Profit Shot The Vaxx.

NFL Chooses the Money

What a shock this is.

...The NFL has demonized their own unvaccinated players during the season in their mindless efforts to force them all to get vaxxed. They created a two-tier system that would have made the CCP proud. The NFL followed the leftist narrative. As a result, when Omicron came along and the vaccinated turned up with Omicron, it put a lot of pressure on the teams. Teams were playing with 12 men down and they’d have to take men off the reserve squad....

...Now that they’ve made their season a bit of a mess following the Fauci nonsense, they’ve decided to eliminate the distinction between vaccinated and unvaccinated and there will be no daily testing....

That has NOTHING to do with science.  It has EVERYTHING to do with playoff revenues.  If you think for 5 seconds that the NFL is rebelling against Fauci-ism, you are dead wrong.

The owners simply told Roger Goodell that his extremely comfortable ride would be over by March if  the Fauci-Ordo was still in place.  Having 5-10 first-string players down is not the way to win football games, and that revenue stream is very heavy for the playoffs.

Hospital War Over Employees in Fox Valley

This is extremely disturbing.

Note:  ThedaCare is a Fox River Valley health chain.  Ascension--which says it is a "Catholic" chain--operates in several States.  Ascension hired most of ThedaCare's interventional radiology team--but ThedaCare thinks it is entitled to those employees because because.  See?

...ThedaCare requested Thursday that an Outagamie County judge temporarily block seven of its employees who had applied for and accepted jobs at Ascension from beginning work there on Monday until the health system could find replacements for them.

The employees were part of an 11-member interventional radiology and cardiovascular team, which can perform procedures to stop bleeding in targeted areas during a traumatic injury or restore blood flow to the brain in the case of a stroke. Each of them were employed at-will, meaning they were not under an obligation to stay at ThedaCare for a certain amount of time.

Outagamie County Circuit Court Judge Mark McGinnis granted ThedaCare's request and held an initial hearing Friday morning. The case will get a longer hearing at 10 a.m. Monday....

According to the story, there is no non-compete contract at play.  That makes Mark McGinnis either an idiot or a judicial malpractice award winner.  Could be both, too.

Anyhow, the seven who fled to the waiting arms of Ascension will learn the lesson of the old maxim:  Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Fire.  Ascension wins zero awards for employee relations.  That's why they're running somewhat deceptive "help wanted" ads in the Milwaukee area.

Deceptive?  Yup.  They brag about how they 'care for employees.'

They don't.

Alex Lasry vs. Bill Clinton

The Silver Spoon Democrat candidate for Senator from Wisconsin--Alex Lasry--is running ads suggesting that the US "make things here" to solve the supply-chain problem.

He does NOT mention that another Democrat, Bill Clinton, gave Red China the red carpet to "make stuff there" and take US jobs, too.

...President Clinton Thursday reversed course on China and renewed its trade privileges despite what he said was Beijing's lack of significant progress on human rights.

Echoing the case made by George Bush when he was president, Clinton said he was convinced the Chinese would take more steps to improve human rights if the issue were separated from the threat of trade sanctions.

"This decision offers us the best opportunity to lay the basis for long-term sustainable progress on human rights and for the advancement of our other interests with China," he said at a news conference announcing his decision to extend China's most-favored-nation (MFN) trade status....

So how did that "human rights" thing work out, Alex?  Yes, Bush the Globalist started it--but Obama didn't do much about it, did he?

Trump swatted Red China hard with tariffs.  Gonna keep those in place?

One more thing, Alex.  You claim to have hired locally to build the Fiserv Forum.  That's nice.  What are you going to do about illegal immigration, which is killing off jobs for the black and legal Hispanic communities?

Hmmmmmm???

Threat Inflation and "Secrets"

KT writes an interesting column at AOSHQ discussing "threat inflation" and Government secrets.  Interesting side-note:  Angelo Codevilla worked for Daniel Patrick Moynihan (who today would be a Trump supporter.)

Anyhow.

..."Secrecy is an institution of the administrative state that developed during the great conflicts of the twentieth century. It is distinctive primarily in that it is all but unexamined," the scholar and American statesman Daniel Patrick Moynihan wrote toward the end of his long career in public life, when he turned his attention to the power in the shadows. . .

Though he never wavered on the righteousness of the anti-Communist cause, Moynihan argued that the effort had been weakened and warped by the growth of a bureaucratic culture of secrecy. He delivered a measured but devastating attack on the underworld of administrative institutions better known today as "the deep state".

In Secrecy: The American Experience, published in 1999, Moynihan argued that US policy had been systematically distorted by intelligence agency assessments that exaggerated the economic and military power of the Soviet Union. Because the agencies operated in secret, the exaggerations were not only shielded from scrutiny but had the perverse effect of fuelling their own growth. Over time, this process fundamentally transformed the American political system. "Secrecy is a form of regulation," Moynihan wrote in the book's opening line. . .--quoting Siegel's piece

That 'distortion' is Threat Inflation.  It is echoed today by the claims that 1/6 was 'an attack on democracy comparable to the Civil War,' except that the 1/6 claim is clearly delusional--a reflection on the effects of massive alcohol consumption on Pelosi's now-pickled brain.

Codevilla knew how dangerous secrecy is:

...Secrecy, he argued, is the most-abused privilege in government, because it allows intelligence agencies to cover up their errors....

And they do, of course, meaning that you will NEVER know what actually happened.

And we are now at the apotheosis:

...The FBI has a record of hyping up threats and encouraging terrorists plots that it can then bust to justify its mission. . .

And yet these dubious pseudo-events, which never posed any immediate threat to America's democracy or its security establishment, are compared to the worst attacks in American history. At the January 6 commemoration last week, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi brought out liberal godhead Lin-Manuel Miranda along with the cast of Hamilton to perform a virtual performance. This moment of supreme kitsch was only scarcely more ridiculous than Vice President Kamala Harris, in her commemorative remarks, comparing the largely symbolic riot to Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

The purpose of these gross exaggerations is to demand that Americans forfeit their rights in the name of security and convince the public, or some electorally significant fraction of it, that it is wise and just for the US government to prosecute a counterterrorism campaign against Trump supporters. The project uses the full power of the American security establishment as a get-out-the-vote arm for the Democratic party....

It's worse than just "Trump supporters."  The prosecution of the Covid Campaign was levied against ALL Americans, but towards the same end.  Give up (informed) liberty in the name of Vaccinated Security.  Never mind that you will NEVER see the trial results of the Pfizer vaxx, never mind that CoV id 19 is only a twitch more fatal than Flu-B.....

Threat Inflation.  It's what's for Fascism!!

The Mass of "Our Time", Indeed

Cdl. Roche, currently running the Congregation for Worship in Rome, has oft stated that the Mass of Paul VI (Novus Ordo) is 'the Mass of our time,'--or words to that effect.

Here, Kwasniewski rams that right down his throat.

...Roche tells us every chance he gets that the “current Mass” boasts a “richer selection of prayers and Scripture readings.” True, the missal of Paul VI draws its euchology or prayer texts from a wider variety of sources in ancient manuscripts. What people like Roche do not want to tell you is that Bugnini’s Consilium heavily redacted most of the texts it borrowed, altering their message, removing material deemed “difficult” or “irrelevant” for “modern man.” What you end up with in the missal is not a plethora of ancient sources but a carefully filtered and rewritten 1960s “take” on them....

...In keeping with this policy, only 13% of the prayers of the old missal, once the backbone of Roman Catholic worship, found their way into the new missal unchanged. The scholars with their scissors and paste were busy rejecting or rewriting most of what they came upon. The editing process was ruthless, removing most of the references to “detachment from the temporal and desire for the eternal; the Kingship of Christ over the world and society; the battle against heresy and schism, the conversion of non-believers, the necessity of the return to the Catholic Church and genuine truth; merits, miracles, and apparitions of the saints; God’s wrath for sin and the possibility of eternal damnation” (Michael Fiedrowicz, Traditional Mass, 239, with ample notes there). Gone are most references to the struggle against our sinful fallen nature, offenses against the Divine Majesty, wounds of the soul, worthy repentance, remorse, and reparation; the need for grace to do any good acts; the mystery of predestination; the relics of saints; the subordination of the secular sphere to the sacred; the snares of the enemy; victory over hostile forces, including the pagans; beautiful orations specifically addressed to Jesus Christ as God....

Those of us who regularly read "Fr.Z's" column 'What does the prayer really say?' knew that excruciatingly well.  Aside from the very significant theological differences noted above, the English 'translation' (such as it is) displayed a poverty of linguistic art normally associated with high-school sophomore essays which was deliberate:  the elite "translators" think very little of you pew-sitters.  (That's parallel to the 'elite' of the Great Reset--which should give any Catholic great pause.)

But the Cardinal has one thing right:  'our time' is one of immense, suffocating narcissism.  Few have avoided it, and that's just as true of clergy, Bishops, and Cardinals as it is of the laity.

NEVER Vaccinate Into the Pandemic

Old golden rule of legitimate medicine:  NEVER vaccinate into a pandemic.

...when you take that booster, just as with the first jabs, you also take a temporary immune system hit that makes you more likely to get infected.  This happens with all immunizations, so if you take a shot during an outbreak you're increasing the risk of getting screwed for a period of time before the protection builds.  The reason you don't do that during an outbreak generally is that a good part of the time this makes the net impact of the jab negative, even if it protects later, since a huge number of people will get infected during that period of time!...

Vaxxing into a pandemic is the medical equivalent of pissing into the wind.

They know that, but they're too busy laughing at your messy pants because you're stupid.

Lowering Food Prices

How to "lower food prices":

1)  Have no food.  People will pay $0 for no food.  See?

The Homeland "Security" Joke

You'll be happy to know that Homeland "Security", while enjoying their foot-fetishes, taking away 'snowball' souvenirs for children, and feeling up patting down grannies in airports, is very nonchalant about terrorists from England.

...As a British national, Akram was the beneficiary of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. As CBS News reported: “His entrance into the U.S. was approved by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Electronic System for Travel Authorization . . .  at New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Tourism visas are not required for British travelers planning to stay in the United States for less than three months.”

Akram had an extensive rap sheet back in the UK and had been previously investigated by MI5, the British security service, for possible jihadi radicalization. Yet he did not appear on any U.S. terror watch lists and appears to have sailed right through the lax rules in place for the Visa Waiver Program. That he was able to do so points to a longer-running problem, which is the failure of American authorities to sufficiently vet every single person attempting to step on our soil....

It's not all Homeland "Security."  There's the Ultimate Deep State player, the State Department, too.

One hopes that Donald Trump is taking notes for his next term's 'Schmeiss' list.

Yes, It's a Joke

The joke---as we now know---is Fauci and CDC.

What? Not Madison??

Madison (WI) schools missed an opportunity to be first in the nation.....

At a recent school board meeting, it was revealed that a Michigan school placed a LITTER BOXES in the bathroom for students that identify as cats....

That was in Midland, MI., the home of Dow Chemical.  You may draw your own conclusions.

Madison could still bring in a few hundred bales of hay to the school lunch-rooms for students that identify as elephants.

Just Like in 2012, When Obama Won

The Left-O-Wonzies out there, such as the League of Democrat Vote-Hustlers Women Voters, would like all of you to forget what it was like to elect Obama in 2012.

Because in 2012, the City of Milwaukee didn't put "drop boxes" in dozens of spots so that Democrat party operatives could stuff them with 'ballots' from ghost voters.

So in a case won by honest voters and lost by the Fraud Machine.....

...The state Department of Justice, led by Democratic Attorney General Josh Kaul, notified Bohren on Thursday it plans to appeal. The defendant groups on Friday asked Bohren to stay the ruling on an emergency basis, arguing that changing election procedures so close to the Feb. 15 primary will confuse voters and lead to people not being able to cast ballots.

Luke Berg, an attorney for the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, countered that restricting drop box placement is a simple change that shouldn't confuse anyone.

Bohren refused to issue the stay, saying he was confident the ruling wouldn't cause any irreparable harm. He also reiterated that the election commission had no legal grounds to advise clerks to place drop boxes anywhere and there's no harm in reverting to the pre-2020 status quo....

"Pre-2020," like for BOTH the elections that Obama won.

It's about time that someone told the Wisconsin Democratic Vote-Fraud Machine Elections Commission to stick it up their ass.

Facial Recog for IRS?

This is only the beginning.

The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will soon require those wanting to access their tax returns to use facial recognition, according to reports.

The IRS partnered with a private identification firm to implement the new technology this summer.

The IRS said that soon the only way to log into irs.gov would be through ID.me....

Facial-recog will be the only ID accepted by anyone 20 years from now.

Community?  Did someone say "community"?

What's that?

Afghanikraine? HELL, No

The Deep State--Pentagon, CIA, State--are all in favor of another war, this time in Ukraine.  They're joined by the defense-contracting industry, of course.

But they have a problem:  the American public.

...Just short of one-third, 31.1 percent, said the U.S. should “provide supplies and military weapons,” followed by 30.5 percent who said to “provide only diplomatic area pressure.” Combined, that shows that most Americans prefer actions that do not directly involve U.S. military action.

Less than a quarter, 23.3 percent, said the U.S. should “provide U.S. military advisors,” while just 15.3 percent said the U.S. should “provide U.S. troops as boots on the ground” in such an event.

Across the board, Americans do not want boots on the ground, as that option only saw the support of 12.6 percent of Democrats, 16.4 percent of Republicans, and 18.1 percent of independents....

What Bai-Den may or may not say is irrelevant, of course.  He's just there for show.

But Congress, which 'on paper' has something to do with a declaration of war, is WELL-aware of the problem another Afghanistan (or VietNam, or Iraq) will be with their voters.

NOTHING is preventing Liz Cheney from flying over there and shooting a few Russkies.  She can ask Daddy Warbucks Dick about how to shoot people, too!

Aaron Rodgers Gets It

It appears that Rodgers has been doing a lot of reading, and not just about The Vaxx.

“When the president of the United States says, ‘This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated,’ it’s because him and his constituents, which, I don’t know how there are any if you watch any of his attempts at public speaking, but I guess he got 81 million votes,” Rodgers said during a visit with the Pat McAfee show, according to ESPN....

"I guess he got 81 million votes".....

Aaron knows, just like we do.

Heh.
