Another Democrat-run city with a massive crime problem that's just getting worse and worse.....
And a sewerage system that doesn't treat sewerage; just dumps it into the nearby fresh water.
But in Baltimore's case, the State will be taking over the sewer system. Even that bunch of Democrats can't stand the smell, I guess.
