All it is talk on your part. It just pains you that you did not pull the trigger in going to the insurrection on January 6.

Hey Dumbass, how many people on January 6th were arrested for insurrection or treason. Name 1 person, Dumbass.
Looks like Mar is also miffed he was chicken not to attend the insurrection on January 6.
So, you got nothing, Dumbass.
And the answer to my question is zero. But you probably can't count that high.
Just because the feds are choosing not to issue charges for treason does not mean it does not fit the definition. What was distinctive about the Capitol riot, was the use of force, which is necessary for something to count as “levying war” against the United States. Compare it to the insurrection to the anti-tax Whiskey Rebellion in 1794, which was forcefully put down by George Washington, and resulted in multiple indictments for treason. If you asked a lawyer in 1790 if January 6 was an act of treason or levying war against the United States, they would have almost certainly said yes.
Isn't it enough you embarrass yourself on Boots And Sabers?
