The most vulnerable will be hit hard with closures.
Having a traveling nurse, who's here today but gone tomorrow, is not the same as having a nurse that is committed to the hospital because this is her hospital, where people she knows come in, her family are there, she lives in the community, etc. But to the elites, they get great care no matter what, so whatever crappy care you get, is no skin off their nose.
