It appears that Speaker Cock-Robin Vos is sitting on the legislation preventing boys from declaring themselves to be girls and participating in women's sports activities.
Perhaps the Speaker can explain this--but given what we've seen in South Dakota, it's entirely likely that he's soliciting the reaction of major funding sources like WMC.
