The Kenosha DA will NOT prosecute a rioter for 'reckless endangerment' after that rioter (Ziminski) fired a shot into the air the night of the riots.
The disorderly conduct charge WILL be prosecuted. Speculation is that the DA will have a hard time prosecuting Kyle if there's a conviction for reckless shooting into the air. ALSO possible that the DA can't prove Ziminski was the shooter.....
However--there will NOT be a charge of illegal possession of a firearm, either.
