It's possible that Thomas Jefferson and Tom Paine would have approved--there WAS a Revolution, ya'know--but yesterday's action was not necessary.
Lots remains to be sorted out. Ngo states there were no Antifa operatives inside the Capitol, but we know that they were OUTSIDE the Capitol. The Cap Cops suddenly allow 100 or so invaders into the building after having killed one of them. Hmmmm?
Also remaining to be sorted out: the agenda of the (D) Party in Congress. It should be clear to Crazy Nancy and Schumer that the Patriot Resistance is a significant force; she lost another (D) House member today. We know she'll try like Hell to void 2 House elections (Iowa and NY) to compensate, but that WILL touch off more anger.
As to 'people who should resign'--let's start with McConnell.

More: Two different individuals called in to radio shows today. Both were present at the demonstration, and BOTH stated--without hesitation--that there were professional, black-clad & bullhorn-equipped agitators urging the crowd to "storm the Capitol." Further, although "nooz" will not put it out, FBI has confirmed a stash of Molotov cocktails was present near the Capitol, and TWO bus-loads of Antifa were at the site (they got a police escort!)
Trump supporters do not wear all-black outfits, and they do not stash Molotovs.

Every aspect of this staged event stinks like an open sewer. As always, the question of who benefitted should be asked. The direct beneficiaries were the very congress critters gathered in joint session, particularly the Republicans given fresh cover to desert the interests of protecting vote integrity.
