"Baseless"? "No Evidence"? Crap.

You'll find the Madistan crowd and the NeverTrumpers loudly joining the "trusted" press yelling in one voice that Election Fraud claims are "baseless" or that there is "no evidence" for them.

Bullshit.

Nevada Attorney Jesse Binnall testified before the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Dec. 16 as to what resulted.  Biden margin:  33,500 votes or so.

He had proof of nearly 90,000 fraudulent or improper votes that were cast, including instances where:

  • More than 42,000 people voted multiple times.
  • At least 1,500 people listed as "dead" voted.
  • More than 19,000 non-residents voted.
  • In excess of 8,000 people cast mail-in votes from non-existent addresses.
  • Over 15,000 votes were cast from commercial or vacant addresses.
  • Nearly 4,000 non-citizens voted.

...The Arizona Republican Party alleges more than 100,000 ballots might have been improperly cast in the Grand Canyon State, including some 28,000 duplicated ballots in Maricopa County alone....

Biden's margin: 10,500 votes.

[In Wisconsin], President Trump's legal team sought to have some 221,000 ballots disqualified that were cast in the state's two most heavily Democratic counties — Dane and Milwaukee.

At issue were incomplete absentee ballot envelopes where clerks filled in missing information, as well as those that were issued without a proper request, and still others that were the subject of ballot harvesting.

Sure would be nice to have a thorough audit of those mail-in ballot SIGNATURES that the Milwaukee County clerk would NOT ALLOW, just like that jackass would NOT ALLOW recount observers to actually OBSERVE.

But we're sure that James Wigderson is pals with the guy and nothing is wrong.

And of course, there's Georgia, where the Chinese Communists had online access to voting machines and where suitcases full of ballots were run through the machines without any observers present.

Trump won in a landslide.  Biden lost.

Biden won. But at least Epstein is alive.

Binnall quoted the work of Jesse Kamzol, a former chief data officer for the Republican National Committee. The problem is that his work does not follow accepted statistical practices. Moreover, it IS NOT enough to allege improper voting by categories of people. There must be specific names, and the contestants must be able to prove that the improper votes either improved Trump’s total or reduced Biden’s by an amount sufficient enough to reverse the results. That is according to Nevada law. In addition, Kamzol’s numbers did not take into account that Nevada law allows for voters to maintain residency in the state while living somewhere else temporarily for reasons such as military service, college attendance, medical emergency or vacation/seasonal home use.

Trump’s case in Nevada included testimony from several anonymous poll workers who claimed fraud or inconsistencies. When asked to come forward, Binnall cited "confidentiality precludes me from naming names".

Trump lost the suit...

“Appellants have not pointed to any unsupported factual findings, and we have identified none,” the justices said.

and the election. Again, Biden won.

I have to laugh at this one. As Mel Torme would say, "you're the tops (at misinformation)".
