It appears that Wisconsin has a "Dominion problem." Every one of these counties could have seen a "shave" of Trump votes by 1.5% to 2.5% easily--enough to gin up a 20,000+ vote "victory" with counterfeit votes poured into Milwaukee and Dane counties. (Since we're concerned about Wisconsin, this will cut off the eastern third of the country.)
