Oh, Goodie!! Zeke Emanuel's Back!

You remember ol' Zeke.  He's a doctor, and SOOOOOOOOOOO much smarter than you are.

Last year I wrote about Ezekiel Emanuel becoming a “favorite” of mine for his obnoxious and unpersuasive attempts to explain and support Obamacare. He is so arrogant that he presumes rationalizations that work for him will equally persuade others, because, after all, he so much more intelligent than everyone else that his logic is impeccable.

Writing in the New York Times yesterday, Zeke told Americans, in an op-ed titled “In Health Care, Choice Is Overrated,” that they really don’t need to have as much choice in their medical care as they think they do (translation: we’re smarter than you are and know what’s best for you)....

Now ol' Zeke will be suggesting that you ordering you to wear a mask.  Because.

Back when Zeke was making up lies about the benefits of Obamacare, he was working closely with another professional liar, Jonathan Gruber.  Back then, Gruber told you you are stupid:

..."In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not."...

Well, Gruber still opens his pie-hole, and he thinks you're still stupid.

...Jonathan Gruber, a well-known architect of President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, is not in favor of the Medicare for All health care proposal supported by progressive Democrats.

The MIT professor said he supports Vice President Joe Biden’s plan to build on Obamacare by making premiums more affordable and offering a public option without a mandate....

Oh?

... “Not forcing people to go into government insurance, but offering a public option like towns have public parks. If you can’t afford to have a backyard, you got a public park to go to,” Gruber said on "Mornings with Maria" Friday. “I think the same thing should be true with health insurance. If you can’t afford your private insurance, there should be a public option for you to go to.”...

Read that again, for meaning.

Yup.  He still thinks you are stupid.
