Public "Servants" Must Allow Griping

This is interesting, because I was told about a Wisconsin Legislator who deleted remarks from her Facebook page when the remarks were not applauding her position or that of Her Divine Leaders.

...The First Amendment limits government action and bars it from discriminating against viewpoints. Public officials, the court said Tuesday, cannot exclude members of the public “from an otherwise open online dialogue because they expressed views with which the official disagrees.”...

That's the ruling from a NY appellate court--which will apply anywhere, of course.  No matter if it's the public "servant's" very own page.
