The New Yorker has a little piece crowing about an old crone who is still trying to keep the '60's revolution's flames going. Name's Ginsburg.
As any fool can tell you, SCOTUS decisions are not always correct. Same fool can tell you that some of their decisions were atrocious exercises of "raw judicial power"--except that the quote comes from a NOT-fool who sat on that bench and noted the reality.
Hey, honey, the '60's are over! Shut up and retire.
