Umnnhhh....wooops!
Seems that ObozoCare Exchange enrollment is down to around 10 million, vs. the projected 21 million for 2016.
Since the exchanges have actually LOST 1 million+ in the last year, that 21 million number looks more like Fantasyland, the normal home of Progressives.
