Let's Just Say It: Romney Stole Your Money

The current buzz for another Romney candidacy--so far contained to East Coast Eggheads and Romney camp-followers, should be put into its well-deserved grave soon.  There are a number of reasons, beginning with the fact that Romney lost to the most beatable incumbent in history.

But another one surfaced just last week:  the fact that Romney, as Governor of Massachusetts, colluded with The Swimmer to steal taxpayer money.  Not too surprisingly, we find "conservative" sites being somewhat parsimonious with that bit of information--but the video is here, and a little text, too:

...Gruber salutes the late Senator Ted Kennedy for finding clever ways to rip off the American taxpayer (yes, he used the words “rip off”) to the tune of $400 million a year, to keep ObamaCare v1.0 afloat in Massachusetts....

Kennedy pulled off that heist because Romney desperately needed the money.

One thing is certain:  Romney has chutzpah.  But that (as we have learned over the last 6 years) isn't a qualification for the Presidency.
