Eventually, the costs of ObozoCare will outrun any other single expenditure in the history of the Universe.
And "eventually" could be next week.
This week's chapter:
The Obama administration said Friday that it would charge insurance
companies for the privilege of selling health insurance to millions of
Americans in new online markets run by the federal government.
The cost of these “user fees” can be passed on to consumers. The
proposed fees could add 3.5 percent to premiums for private health plans
sold in insurance exchanges operated by the federal government. --Hot Air quoting NYSlimes
This line is a scream:
...Sebelius, the secretary of health and human services, said that fees
charged by the federal government would be “sufficient to cover the
majority of costs related to the operation of federally facilitated
exchanges.” She did not say how the remainder of the money would be
raised....
Well, a "majority" begins at 51%. So what IS the operating cost of FFE's?
Don't ask NumbskullNancy. She hasn't read the law yet.

What Obamacare really does is give the HHS the ability to make up rules as they go along.
You know, of course, if an individual owns two completely separate businesses (unrelated in function) the aggregate number of employees is what triggers the "over 50 employee" rule.
Want to bet tons of businesses will be "sold" to some other family member. Of course, that will be another loophole they'll make a rule about.
Obamacare will fail because all their money and resources will be spent stopping people from circumventing the law.
It's a well known fact in criminal circles that the more complicated the law, the easier it is to avoid obeying.
I also predict many, many businesses dropping their young employees in favor of those who are 65 or older. It's a win-win for them. The seniors are on Medicare and they make really good employees (who also only want to work 15 or 20 hours.)
