Was at a Chase bank branch today, and overheard...
A customer remarked that Jamie Dimon, the Chairman of Chase, was rumored to be on the short-list for SecTreas before Geithner got the nod.
The customer thought he understood why Dimon did not get the nomination--Dimon was fool enough to pay his taxes, complete and on-time.
