The guy had ZERO alcohol.

I heard about this one last night and was appalled. They won't let police high speed chase someone who has been observed with drugs, kidnapping etc. but ramming a vehicle over a traffic citation is acceptable?
The gender of the "officer" is irrelevant. This is a person who is drunk on their own power.
Seems to me that gender might play a card here...
Looks like the cop might be a bit of a feminazi...
