This is a laugh-line, folks:
Democratic voters on Thursday asked the liberal-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court to throw out the battleground state's current congressional district boundaries after a similar request was rejected last year....
No doubt there are some nominee-Democrats who signed the petition. But there was no "ask" about this at all.

That means that it is an order, not a 'request.' Elias tells Democrat judges what to do, what to say, when to go potty, ............you get the picture.
That's why the one-year-old decision from SCOWI is going to be reversed.
