Wis Supremes' Decision on Voter-Roll Purge

Huh.

The WI Supreme Court decided that the Wisconsin Election Commission (a/k/a Democrat Party Furtherance Association) is NOT required to purge voter rolls when notified of change of voter address.

Since the law reads "the municipal clerk or board of election commissioners", the Court reasoned *cough* that "board of election commissioners" actually referred to the various municipal election commissions, NOT the Wisconsin Elections Commission, which actually receives the notification of change-of-address.

Case closed.

So you can bet that Dane, Brown, Kenosha, and Milwaukee election clerks will be purging their voter rolls immediately.

Uh-huh.

This was 5-2, with Hagedorn writing the opinion and Roggensack joining the Lefties.
