Took a while, but the "man" who fired the very first shot in the Kyle Rittenhouse affair has been indicted.
Joshua Ziminski, 35, has been charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25.
If Ziminski had not fired from behind Kyle, Kyle might not have killed Rosenbaum.
Anyway.
