You Wrote the Law, Jim!

It's just .......wrong........eh, Jim?

Former House judiciary chairman Jim Sensenbrenner criticized the Obama Administration Thursday over the secret collection of communications records from a Verizon subsidiary. 

"It goes far far beyond the Patriot Act," Sensenbrenner, who authored that 2001 law, said in an interview. "If the Bush Administration was (also) doing it, they shouldn't have ... It doesn't make any difference how long it has been going on.  It never should have happened. And since it has happened, it ought to stop."

Sensenbrenner WROTE the damnfool law and voted for it.  It's a little late for him to be screeching and wailing about the Surveillance State that it created, ain'a?

We're still waiting for Sensenbrenner to apologize for voting to continue funding of ObozoCare this year.  But I'm not holding my breath.  He's gone to "go along/get along" mode.
