Last night, Reince Priebus spent a bit of time with James T.

On the NY-23, Priebus told the backstory on the (R) selection process leading to ScuzzyF's nomination, and it is appalling.

Apparently the NY (R) stogie-smokers were actually gunning for an (R) majority in the New York State Senate. By taking ScuzzyF as the candidate, they were hoping to assure a victory for a local (R) in a subsequent State Senate race....
