Jessica McBride posts the following quotation (no link/no attribution):

"...college students from other states might get a break this week from the University of Wisconsin regents. The regents are considering a plan at a meeting on Thursday and Friday to reduce nonresident tuition by more than $2,000 per year at all four-year UW campuses except University of Wisconsin-Madison."

Huh?

So MY children, Wisconsin residents and Wisconsin taxpayers, can drop dead? So MY children's college loans can grow? So MY children's future State taxes can support out-of-state visitors?

Whoever submitted THIS bright idea should be removed to their "Backup Job" for a week and then fired.
