Crowley: Jack Up License Costs, Tolls--AFFORDABILITY!!!

Crowley calls this "affordability."

 Question: "Mr. Crowley, are you open to new user fees for transportation funding?"
Crowley: "I am open."
Question: "Are you open to tolling?"
Crowley: "I think we should be open."

So let's jack up car & truck registration to $125?  $150? per year, jack up your driver's license fees, and then slap a toll on I-94, I-41, and I-43 drives--say $5 to get from downtown to Waukesha, or Mequon, or Oak Creek.

That's affordability!!
