So $2358/illegal to get them the Hell outta here.
Axios is not far from CNN (or NBC, ABC, Hearst....) so you know what they're trying to do.
But wait! There are numbers on the cost of keeping the illegals here!
...“Illegal immigration costs each American taxpayer $1,156 per year ($957 after factoring in taxes paid by illegal aliens)," AEI writes. "Each illegal alien or U.S.-born child of illegal aliens costs the U.S. $8,776 annually.”
Over a decade, those recurring expenses would far exceed the one-time deportation cost cited by Axios....
Net-net? We save about $5K/illegal tossed back into their own pond.
