Apparently Netanyahu & Co. ignored the Pope's message about unjust wars.
Israeli military forces assaulted Palestinian Christians celebrating the Feast of St. George on Tuesday evening in the town that bears the saint’s name in Arabic — al-Khader — just south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
Hundreds of Christians — and Muslims who also venerate the saint — had gathered around the historic 16th-century Greek Orthodox Monastery of St. George for prayers, religious services and traditional rituals, which include barefoot processions from Bethlehem.
According to multiple local sources, a convoy of Israeli army vehicles suddenly stormed the old quarter of al-Khader, where the monastery stands. Heavily armed soldiers fired barrages of tear gas canisters and stun (concussion/sound) grenades in the vicinity of the pilgrims. The sudden barrage triggered panic and a stampede as people rushed for shelter inside the monastery and nearby buildings....
Smooth move, Netanyahu.
Next? Israel will issue a statement averring that the participants in this religious procession were actually Palestinian terrorists. Trump--no longer able to simply back out of Israel's war on Persia--will state that he ripped Netanyahu a new one, but will keep supporting this crap.

“One credible signal that peace talks are actually proceeding is this massive airstrike that Israel carried out on Beirut just now,” [Ryan] Grim said on Wednesday. “Whenever you’re getting closer to an agreement, you usually tend to see the Israeli military ramp up its violence.”
Iran has always maintained that the ceasefire covers the entire regional war, including Israel’s military campaign in Lebanon. That’s why Israel massively escalated violence in Lebanon after the ceasefire was announced—to sabotage the truce—and in Grim’s view, it’s why Israel attacked Beirut on Wednesday amid new reports of progress in negotiations.
VERY smooth move, Netanyahu. You smacked up the Christians AND kept the US in your war.
