Note that "US security guarantees" are included in that offer.  That's not good.

There's also the matter of providing Zelenskiy with a large retirement fund financing Ukraine's future military needs:

No, chump.  Not "the Americans."  Only Trump and his band of Spend-And-Bond drunken sailors are 'prepared' and willing.  The actual Americans,the ones with children and grand-children, crumbling roads, and energy-inflation for the next 2 years, are looking at $31 TRILLION in national debt and Trumpian deficit spending--a real-estate-developer habit--through the next 2 years or more.

And--by the way--the US' arms stockpile cupboard is nearly bare.  Ask Bibi for some weapons!
