Racine County's Useless "Justice" System

It's not surprising to see drivers who cannot control their vehicles due to high speed, or impairment, or their "I don't Give a F" attitude.

Eventually, they get caught.

But in Racine County, they'll be back soon, trying to kill again!

The Racine County District Attorney has confirmed to WISN 12 News that officers arrested 20-year-old Shamya Anderson in a major city bus crash that injured 11 people this week.

Anderson was out on bond after being charged with hitting and killing a man with her car and then driving away in December, according to online court records....

Treating vehicular homicide as a parking ticket?  That's Racine County.
