A functionary named Bill Hanna appeared on local teeeveee (Channel 12) and stated that there are about 63,000 people illegally sucking up Medicaid dollars in Wisconsin.
A Madison-insider pal told me that "most of them" are actually illegal aliens no matter how Hanna spins it.
The rest?
They are able-bodied, childless individuals who refuse to work for the benefit.
That means that 63,000 people are stealing money from WI and Fed taxpayers, and indirectly from those in real poverty who actually qualify for the program.
