The Tony Evers Tell

 Often we watch 'on-the-spot' interviews of Gov. Tony Evers (Socialist-WI).  (We do it so you don't have to; you can thank me later.)

In those impromptu interviews, note that Evers is usually staring at his shoes or at the ground.  Rarely, if ever, does he face the camera or the reporter asking the questions.

That's because Evers is working on the spin (or the lie) he will be telling.  Generally speaking a liar will never look you in the eye.
