It would be a lot of fun to watch Evers in a perp-walk. Given his Instructions for Insurrection issued to State employees, it looks like Tony "the Tiger" is eligible for the Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 1505 treatment already afforded to Judge-ette Dugan.
Maybe Britt Cudabeck decided that she doesn't really need Tony fronting for her any more??
