Quick answer:  about 97%.

For the last..........ohhhh...........50 years or so.

It's simple!  US taxpayers are funding USAID, State Department, and a few other Government entities.  (You don't get a vote; taxes are collected 'at gunpoint,' ya'know.)

Then USAID, the State Department, and a few other Government entities shovel that money into Hard-Left NGOs overseas, whether fomenting revolutions (like in Ukraine) or shoving homosexual/erotic/tranny/child-rape videos and "children's books" down the throats of third-world normies.  And yes, they are normies, and they hate that crap, too.

Best part?  Those NGOs are governed by Board members and officers in the US who get very large salaries and benefit packages.  Often, they are US politicians, or the wives/children of US politicians.  Other times, they are Democrat functionaries or Large Donors to Democrat campaigns.

So if you think the Democrats are sh***ing their pants, you are correct.  Musk and Trump are cutting off the fountainhead of their campaign donations--and their wives' "FU" money, too.  

That means that (e.g.) Schumer's wife will spend more time at home with him.  I'd call that "motivation."
