You may have heard Weber reading a screed about Matt Gaetz and declaring that 'Gaetz WILL NOT be confirmed.' Jay is confused, poor fellow.
I will quote Don Surber who quotes ALX on that:

We don't care what the Wall Street Journal says, Jay. And we certainly don't give a flying wet fart about whatever girly-man Kevin McCarthy and his alter-ego Paul Ryan have to say.
Do election results confuse you, Jay? Didn't you take 7th-grade Civics? Remember that part about "recess appointments"?
Screech all you like, Jay, but after two YEARS of 'investigation' by the locals and the FEEBS, nobody brought charges against Gaetz. Nobody. And now we're back to US justice, not Biden/Garland "justice", Jay.
