There's a certain wry humor here.
House Foreign Affairs Committee member Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, said that there have been talks among members of Congress about modifying legislation to push the Pentagon to be tougher on Iran for attacks on U.S. soldiers.
"There is a discussion about that, and how do we deal with the Houthis," Davidson said on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "I mean, they clearly are a terrorist organization, so the designation of them as a terrorist organization should be done."...
The problem is that Iran (and Red China) are backing the Houthis, who are attacking multiple US bases in the Middle East.
Which raises a point.
Why not close those US bases and let Iraq, the Sauds, Jordan, and Lebanon handle their own damn borders and internal control?
Oh--that's right: why is OUR oil underneath YOUR sand?.....
Davidson would rather send a couple of Generations of Americans to die in a sensless war as long as it is not his family. It's okay for your family line to die out to make the middle east safe for Israel.
