Some pundits think that the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision forcing the Wisconsin Elections Commission to place Dean Phillips on the (D) primary ballot is a defeat for Evers and Biden.
We disagree.
SCOWI, instead, defeated the law.
Phillips failed to gain the required signatures for his petition; he also fails the 'recognized figure' test. You may despise Biden (we do!) but what SCOWI did is emblematic of this Court: they made a lawless decision.
