A Louisiana police chief is at the center of a tumultuous love triangle and appealing to the residents of Opelousas for a second chance. Police Chief Graig 'Twin' LeBlanc wrote an open letter to the community after he and his police captain wife, Crystal were shot by another officer Savannah Butler. Chief LeBlanc had hired Butler to work under him but ended up having an affair with her....
