It's probably not "Biden" who is softening the ground for war with Iran; it's likely one of the NeoCon War-War crowd that Bush the Dumber brought in to the Deep State.
Nonetheless, it's your children who are going to be fighting.
The NYT is happy to carry the White House propaganda:

We all know that Biden (and the Deep State) are losing an election. They know it, too.
Since Biden's inflation-and-border invasion situations won't change, and since he cannot carry out any sort of campaign, and since Trump's numbers keep going up vis-a-vis Biden, the obvious path is war because Americans usually retain the President if there is a war.
Jus' sayin'
Well, yes, there is another obvious path: assassinate Trump.
I wouldn't bet against either of those options.
