Well, yes, Chicago takes national top honors in bed bug infestation, but that figures; they have the Bears, too. And to ensure Chicago's #1 slot for another decade or so, they have Joe's Illegals!!
However, Milwaukee has a chance.
...with Milwaukee (#25) moving up the list by fifteen...
And that's with only one year of effort on the part of Mayor Chevy!! Think how much higher the city can go with another few years of total mal-administration.
