Ace finds and disseminates important news. That's what separates him from Gannett, NBC, CBS, NPR, ABC, Reuters,..........etc.
He also has opinions.
So here's a combination of both for your contemplation: First, he cites this post from Kevin Bass:
89% of ivy league graduates favor the strict rationing of gas, meat, and electricity to fight climate change.
Then he opines, thus:
If they ration meat, I've got a solution. It's been proposed many times before, but it's time to take it seriously:
EAT
THE
RICH.
We'll take seasoning suggestions in the combox.
Time to get the federal govt 100% out of the school finance racket let the market sort it out
ReplyDeleteTime to break up vanguard and back rock and a few others like Amazon into 100 little pieces
I have absolutely no knowledge of how to make asshole taste good.
ReplyDeletePerhaps the LGBTQIA+ cook book has a cream sauce recipe that blends well with a fruity bitter sweet glazed thin skinned sanctimonious puffed up entrée.
ReplyDeleteAs a farmer I always find it interesting how people in the city who are so very smart want to tell or "TEACH" us farmers how to do things better!
Most people in cities (Most) believe that all food comes from some mystical machine called a farm, where the meat and veggies and milk are magically produced in perfect plastic Styrofoam plated packages that are sterile and sealed by the offending animal that donated the product.
People in the cities of the world produce NOTHING. NOTHING. Not one thing needed for life. NOTHING! People in cities are consumers. If every city was instantly gone, it would not effect any life in the country side. Nothing would change. The cows would still get milked and the fields harvested. The chickens would still get fed by the hard working productive FARMER. The Farmer would likely only have to produce much less and work a little less.
When morons in the city and wizards of smart at Ivy League Schools propose the reduction or stopping of production of farm products, they are specifically speaking to their own demise. They are speaking to their uselessness as consuming non producing burdens on those who work to feed the world.
With all of the advances in society, we all still rely on FARMERS for our very survival.
Ask your self if you eat today?
We rely on Farmers more than we rely on Doctors, Bankers, Attorneys, Politicians especially, department store operators, grocers, bus and car makers and makers of airplanes.
With out farmers YOU... you will not eat tonight (with exception for the farmers reading this). With out FARMERS there will be no milk for coffee. No Ice Cream. No VEGGIES for those who eat only VEGGIES. No steak or hamburgers, no fast food at all. No BEER, no wine, no juice, no liquor, no coffee, Only water and in some places none of that as well. You may have some sea food, but in essence fishermen are just another type of farmer to be made villains by the city people.
Just saying............ maybe those people in these ivy league schools should think about who butters, provides the wheat to make the flour, and yeast, for their bread, before they suggest cutting off things.
A little fasting my help their perspective!
Just saying........ maybe these people are not so smart after all.
Maybe a little cut off would be a good dose of reality.
