We think that the building should reflect the organization occupying it.
So we found a perfect spot for the new FBI headquarters. Notice that it is in ruins, just like the reputation of the FBI. It probably cannot be rehabilitated, just like the FBI. And it's in a city which is notorious for both corruption and decay--just like D.C.
Altogether, a perfect spot!
