No doubt Gov. DeWine (Ohio) will take credit for FEMA's reversal. Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants will say that HE ordered FEMA to show up only 10 seconds after the derailment (and after chasing Corn Pop out of the White House.)
But we all know better.
