Man Who Shot at Kyle Now IN JAIL

Long story short:  the man who fired a gun during the Kenosha riots immediately before Kyle took out the trash named Rosenbaum is a fellow named Ziminski.

He and his wife were very gently treated following the riots, to say the least.  Ziminski was to go to trial yesterday for several riot-related misdemeanor (!!!) charges, but being a stupid insurrectionist, he managed to pick up a charge of intimidating a witness, but the Walworth County DA refused to prosecute that one, meaning Ziminski was out on $13K bail..........

..........until Monday.

...Ziminski was able to post bond and was free until Monday evening when he was booked into the Kenosha County Jail for an alleged crime spree together with his wife. The duo is being held for:

Both Joshua and Kelly

Felony Armed Robbery
Felony Armed Burglary
Felony False Imprisonment
Felony Intimidation of Victim
Felony ID Theft
Misdemeanor Battery

Josh Only

Felony Bail-Jumping

Kelly Only

Probation Hold

Obviously, Kyle didn't finish with the trash.
