The Ukraine's propaganda mills have been 'reporting' that Russia is preventing wheat exports/shipments.
Bloomberg disagrees, and so does Business Recorder.
In fact, Recorder has this:
...Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations are due to sign a deal next week aimed at resuming Ukraine’s grain exports, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar said after the talks...
That led to a sharp drop in wheat-futures prices at CBOE, to the tune of 8% or so.
Keep your eyes on the futures markets....
