...looking at national statistics an FBI survey found, of people who used guns in their crimes, 90 percent did not get it from a retailer. The Department of Justice found about 40 percent of guns used in crimes were straw purchased. This means someone legally bought it from a retailer or dealer and gave it to someone who legally cannot own a gun....
Gee. D'ya think that criminals were purposely avoiding Universal Background Checks by purchasing from Al's Friendly Guns-in-the-Trunk on 16th and Clarke, 53206?
Having Granny, or Mommy, or the Current Baby-Mama buy it for them....because they know that the US Attorney and/or D.A. will never prosecute the women?
