The Bai-Den Regime intends to crush free speech in all circumstances by any means necessary.

The Biden administration has just proposed a Title IX regulation that would redefine sexual harassment more broadly in schools and universities, to restrict speech that some courts have ruled is protected by the First Amendment. The new definition would discard the current definition used by the Education Department, which is based on a 1999 Supreme Court decision....
A clear and concise discussion follows that graf, demonstrating not only the malevolence of The Regime, but that the regulation is flat-out un-Constitutional on a few different grounds.
There's a reason it's directed at colleges. Right now, and for the next 20 years or so, college enrollments are going south. Pulling Title IX Fed money will precipitate a financial catastrophe for many colleges; they're on the razor's edge today (except for State-supported ones who get their support at the point of a tax-gun.) But even the State-supported colleges don't want to lose the revenues from sanctioned sport events.....
So the target is soft. Totalitarians know it and will take advantage, just as they do with their social media sock-puppets who depend on Federal indulgence for their revenues and profits.
