'Just Spend More' to Fix Food Shortage

Another ridiculous Obama/Biden🤡 official, another ridiculous statement.

Here's Samantha Power of USAID (foreign humanitarian aid) on the impending food shortages:

...“Fertilizer shortages are real now because Russia’s a big exporter of fertilizer,” Power said. “And even though fertilizer is not sanctioned less fertilizer is coming out of Russia. As a result, we’re working with countries to think about natural solutions like manure and compost.”

“And this may hasten transitions that would’ve been in the interest of farmers to make eventually any anyway,” she crowed. “So, never let a crisis go to waste. But we really do need this financial support from the Congress to be able to meet emergency food needs...."

1)  'Hasten WHAT 'transitions,'' exactly?  Stop using nat-gas for enhanced nitrogen fertilizer, or stop using the fertilizer?

2)  She's asking for MO' MONEY to purchase food for impoverished countries, which will raise the price of food both in the US and abroad.  It's a never-ending cycle.

These people are not the solution.  They are the problem.
